Create Travel Profile

All business travel will be booked via the TravelBank platform or travel agents. You can book travel on the web or mobile app, and their travel agents are accessible via chat/email/phone 24/7/265. Review the video below to see how to add your traveler profile in TravelBank via My Account:

Book Travel

Booking on the mobile app with iOS or Android

• Head to Travel located bottom right of the app
• Select Flights, Hotels or Cars and book your travel

Booking with Web App

• Book travel via the Travel tab on our web app

Requesting Approval

If your trip is outside of company policy, it may require approval by your manager prior to being booked. Once you have selected your itinerary, you can click "Request Flight/Hotel Approval" and your manager will be notified via email/app notification that they need to approve your request.

You will be brought to the next screen, which is where you will fill out a description of your trip. Please fill in details to describe why your trip is out of policy.

After you submit your itinerary for approval you will receive a notification that the request has been sent to you manager.

The itinerary you have selected will appear in your travel landing page with a pending manager approval tag. This will disappear once the trip is confirmed and an email will be sent to you showing the booking has been made.
