WFH Expense Policy


Beginning April 2020, all employees can expense up to $150 per month toward the following categories as we transition to working from home.

As of now, this is in effect until June 1, 2020.  We are keeping up with all guidelines from local, state and the federal government, and will update as necessary.  

Important

  • When possible, please practice physical distancing while purchasing these items
  • Use TravelBank to expense, using the category "Work from Home"

The $150 monthly expenses include, but are not limited to:

  • Coffee
  • Groceries

Office Supplies and Computer Peripherals

  • Stationery Supplies
  • Charger / Adapters
  • Mouse
  • Keyboard
  • Laptop Stand
  • Chair
  • Desk

Connectivity 

  • Home Internet

Health and Wellness

  • Virtual Health Classes
  • Mindfulness Apps (Calm, Simple Habit, Etc.)
